I tried a handful of Oats Overnight flavors, my expectations were mixed going in because they’re not exactly cheap. The chocolate flavors ended up being the ones I liked most and actually tasted about as good as I hoped they would. Some of the fruity ones, though, were a little disappointing because they came across kind of fake or overly sweet. The texture is decent, but it really depends on how much liquid you add, so there’s a bit of trial and error. Overall, I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but I don’t think every flavor lives up to the price. I’d probably buy them again, just not every flavor.

I picked up Oats Overnight because I wanted something easy in the morning that had a decent amount of protein, it’s been a good find. Regular oatmeal usually has me hungry again way too soon, but this actually keeps me full until lunch most days.

I’ve been happy with this. It keeps me full for a good while, and the macros are solid, which makes it easy to fit into my day. Weirdly, I remember eating it while standing in my kitchen staring at a single spoon I’d somehow left in the fridge, but anyway, it did the job and I’d get it again

I had a problem with my order and was expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth, but it didn’t. Support answered like normal people and just did the decent thing without making me jump through hoops. They told me the refund would come through, and it did quickly. I really appreciate when a company handles an issue fairly instead of making it harder than it needs to be. 5 stars for that alone.

I actually really like the texture overall. After it sits overnight, it comes out smooth and not super gritty like some oats can be, you know?? A few flavors do get a bit too thick for my liking, so I usually just add a little extra milk and that fixes it. It’s still easy to drink, keeps me full, and I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars from me.

I’ve been using this mostly in the mornings before work, usually while I’m trying to find my keys and still deciding if I have time to make coffee. It’s easy to make, just add milk and shake it up, which I really like. Every now and then it clumps a bit if I don’t shake it well enough, and cleaning the bottle afterward is kind of annoying. But overall, it’s still super handy when I’m half asleep and need something quick.
